Replacement Package unit installed yesterday (2025-02-11). Josh Roper did a great job on my quote, his knowledge and communication made it easy to go with Smoak's. Quentin did a fantastic job with the install. He is knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommended!

Josh was the friendliest, most knowledgeable sales person we've ever had. He explained things in plain language and answered all our questions. Quinton and Jacob were excellent technicians. They worked steadily and finished installing our new unit within the time frame Josh had given us. They also cleaned up after the job and hauled away the old unit and debris from the installation.

Many thanks to the front desk, service desk, technician (Joey Lupton) and parts delivery. Our outdoor unit iced up during our last cold snap. We called and they were able to fit us in for same day service. In a short time, Joey diagnosed the system issue and it turned out we needed a Defrost Thermostat. He had us up and running in very little time. Joey is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We have used Smoak’s for nearly 10 years with the majority of it for PM services. We have been very happy with their communication and updates and we highly recommend them.
